2. Qué datos tratamos y para qué
En Buon Appetito solo solicitamos los datos estrictamente necesarios para atenderte:
- Gestión de reservas: Nombre, teléfono y correo electrónico para confirmar y coordinar tu mesa o atender peticiones gastronómicas especiales (alergias o preferencias). Base legal: ejecución de la relación de servicio solicitada.
- Atención por WhatsApp y llamadas: Responder a tus consultas directas sobre nuestra carta, eventos o disponibilidad. Base legal: tu propio consentimiento e interés legítimo al contactarnos.
3. Conservación y cesión de datos
Conservamos tus datos el tiempo necesario para gestionar tu reserva y atender obligaciones fiscales o legales vigentes. Nunca vendemos ni cedemos tus datos a terceros con fines publicitarios. Únicamente colaboramos con proveedores técnicos necesarios para el funcionamiento del servicio (proveedores de alojamiento web y mensajería), bajo rigurosos acuerdos de confidencialidad.

We retain your data only for the time necessary to fulfill the reservation and satisfy applicable legal or tax obligations. We never sell or disclose your information for marketing purposes. We only work with essential service providers (secure hosting and messaging) under strict confidentiality agreements.

Wir speichern Ihre Daten nur solange, wie es für die Abwicklung der Reservierung und gesetzliche Aufbewahrungsfristen erforderlich ist.
